JOLACOM REFUND POLICY

Courses

Course deposits and booking fees are non-refundable. Course fees are non-refundable for cancellations, non-attendance or leaving a course early. Date changes may be considered subject to availability.

Products

Due to hygiene and safety requirements, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded. Unopened products may be returned within the applicable legal return period, subject to our terms. Faulty or incorrect products will be dealt with in accordance with UK consumer law.

Treatments

Treatment payments are non-refundable once the treatment has been provided. Appointments cancelled or missed without reasonable notice may be charged in full. Where a treatment has not yet been provided, refunds or transfers will be considered according to the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.

General

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Jolacom Aesthetics and Academy reserves the right to review individual circumstances.
